The Ollaf Business Development Team has developed unique and customized programs for retailers across virtually every category of home improvement products and services.


Business Development
Identify categories best suited for the retailer’s customer base
Identify manufacturers and/or contractors to fulfill the home improvement projects
Work with the manufacturers and/or contractors to develop the specific product offering to maximize revenue and minimize service issues
Work with the retailer to customize reporting
Manage the implementation of programs
The Compliance Department vets every contractor to ensure that contractors:


Compliance
Have the proper licenses (using a proprietary databased created and maintained by Ollaf that lists every required license by State, County and/or City for each specific trade)
Carry the necessary insurance required by the retailer.
Only utilize personnel that pass criminal background checks
Most importantly, Ollaf monitors compliance on an ongoing basis, not just at the time of on boarding. For example, if a contractor’s license expires without renewal, Ollaf will not allow leads to be assigned to that contractor.
In addition, Ollaf’s software notifies the Compliance Team and the contractor in advance of expiration to ensure that licenses and insurance are maintained.
The Customer Solutions Team tracks every service issue reported and works with the contractor to ensure that:

The contractor and customer agree to the resolution
The service work is scheduled timely
The customer is satisfied at the completion of the service work
Ollaf’s Call Center, powered with five9 software, is available from 8am – 9pm nationwide, with 24/7 overflow coverage, to support customers and contractors with respect to:

Verifying Leads
Scheduling in-home consultations
Creating Estimates
Processing Sale Paperwork
Processing Payments
Obtaining Financing
Scheduling Installs
Creating Change Orders
Processing Completion Paperwork (i.e., Completion Certificates, Lead Paint Forms, etc.)
Call Center Dashboard alerts notify Call Center Reps when specified follow up action is required. Load balancing functionality helps ensure that alerts are handled efficiently.
Ollaf has a team of Regional Managers dedicated to each retail program who:


Field Operations
Onboard and train contractors in how to use the Ollaf enterprise software.
Monitor performance and follow up with contractors who are under performing.
Work with contractors to identify and share Best Practices across lead generation, sales and installation.
Ollaf also has a team of Field Recruiters who focus on identifying a consistent pool of contractors to participate in these retail programs. This is essential to ensuring that existing contractors can be held accountable to follow processes and take care of the customer.
